Just by the way, Bulgarian nation is originally not Slavic. Proto-Bulgarians (as folk of Iranian group) came somwhere from the Middle East and then they mixed with local Slavic tribes (that's why Bulgarians they usually look 'darker' than the rest of Slavic people).

Yes, Proto-Bulgarians (Bulgars) were not Slavic, but they were less than 10% of the population by that time, so they were assimilated very fast by the Slavic people (fact we speak the language of the Slavs). The "darker" gene SOME, but not all Bulgarians have is due to later influences (Turks, Tatars...), Serbians and Bulgarians are visually identicall even though Serbians do not have the Bulgar gene. And yes, we are still the first SLAVIC country
