You could use a lot more phrasing, and brightness of sound at the eighth notes at the end. Your tempo is also too fast and you're rushing like crazy. Intonation is iffy in the continuous sixteenth note passages which rush. A slightly more off the string stroke might do you well. I'm not really hearing all of the notes. Good sense of the notes though, and good that you can at least play it at tempo. Allow yourself to feel the playfulness of this section, after all Scherzo means to joke.
