  • Wow!! I'm deleting all my videos!!! Haha! Well done....very well done!!!

  • I have one and feel the same way. But when I listen to how it sounds when you're playing I think it sounds nice, has great charm.

  • excellent timing, sounded great. don;t see those much anymore.

  • What kind of tuning I should use? I have a banjomandoline too.

  • @Tohkumuhku The standar mandolin tuning... GDAE

  • Manjo? I have a Vega Tubaphone Style S. Bought it from a friend who had found Jesus and had come to think that old-time music was the work of the devil. A purist, he made me promise never to convert it to a 5-string. To jam with it, I have to keep the back stuffed with so many towels that I can't even dry my dishes. Cuckoo's Nest used to be part of the local (L.A.) repertoire 30+ years ago, but you don't hear it much now (why??). Heard a nice version last night, and it drew me to you. Good job!

  • whoever was talking about banjoleles- ukuleles come in 8 string variants, like a twelve string guitar, so just because it has 8 strings doesn't necesarily rule out uke

  • Micidiale mbà!

  • Hi I hav an old Cukoo brand one of these from 1920's and you hav inspired me to keep playing. Chords sound too plunky but fast melodies suit better. Good work!

  • Bravo!!!

  • nice 1 mate good playing...... i have just had a banjolin.. cud you tell me the standard tuneing is please

  • standard tuning: gg, dd, aa, ee (strings tuned in pairs) larger strings are the g's.

  • Haha i mean buckethead when he doe hog bitch stomp. Just because its up beat.

  • This kicks ass. Reminds me of something that Buckethead would play. Good job man, I want one of these now. How much did this run you around? Im gonna guess around a couple hundred

  • Sounds nice and smooth for a plunky instrument! Don't know about buckethead though.

  • that was hardcore awesome

  • I don't like the sound of banjomandolins very much but i have to say even I liked that.

  • Bravo!

  • ohh it's a banjo mandolin, I thought you said banjo ukelele..my mistake

  • why does it have 8 strings

  • If it had 7 less, it would be difficult to play.(DUH)

  • I Thought it was a banjo ukelele, but it was a mandolin, ok?

  • Okey-Dokey

  • This 1s a mandolin banjo, sometimes called a banjolin but they vary. a 'banjolele' is a hybrid banjo and ukelele, this is a mandolin banjo hybrid

  • Yes I'm aware of this, I just thought it said "banjo uke" in the description when first seeing it and I thought "then why does it have 8 strings". SImple mistake.

  • Great playing even though I don't know what instrument your playing.

  • It is a vega banjo mandolin!!

  • Thanks for replying on your very interesting instrument. I'm 31 and play bluegrass, but had to talk to my dad who was born and raised in eastern Kentucky in the mountains, he knew what it was and said his mother owned and played one. keep on pickin, I thought you were really good.

  • nice... Türkiye'den Tebrikler... 10 tam puan :)

  • i own a mandolin banjo as well my great grandmother gave it to me but you play beautifully

  • Thank you..why don't you show your banjo mandolin?

  • loved watch you play and listening you are so smooth with the picking you make this look like a sugar cube melting in warm water thankq alleycat

  • I love this tune. Nice Job!!

  • Well played. Ciao.

  • I dream alil dream of you...with the tiny dancers and the field of blue like a song shikoffsky played that makes me come on slowly...trying to be real cool and soft so I dont take a chance of turning you off...california dreaming mississipi smiles makes me come on slowly

  • magnificent! i have such a soft spot for banjos.

  • fast! very cool.

  • cool. makes me want to get up and do a little jig, then go to and buy myself one of those crazy things.

  • I dont really know since I'm not that experienced with those kinds of stuff. But as I am right now I'd have to say those are pretty fast fingers you've got there! You're amazing.

  • this is awesome, man!

  • I LOVE YOU, YOU ARE MY HERO. <3

Nickel Creek's song. Love the band. And you. LOL. But man, I have a mandolin AND a banjo, and they're both difficult to master. But I favor my F-Style mandolin since I tend to play better with the smaller instruments. ROCK ON!

  • They played it, but it's very old, possibly Irish or English fiddle tune. We're talking couple hundred years, dude.

  • I think it's Irish, but we play it a lot in session in England. Most folk tune's aren't that old though, most are from the 1800 and they evolve over time. Folk songs are even worse 'Ye Old English Folk Song' normally dates back from 19th century broadsides.

  • you know what would be cool.....if he got Chode attacked..........search it and see what i mean....."chode attack"
