  • It clear that athiletically you dont have very good genetics but you seem to be in decent shape so I may watch some more of your vidsand try and pic up a thing or 2

  • More biceps?! When you go far back the muscles of your upper back are involved, not biceps. OMFG...

  • @Enanurri

both are true. When your arms are bent during the movement, you put a lot of tension on the biceps.

  • Why does he keep saying this would work the biceps? That's very confusing... does he mean the biceps as a shoulder flexor, or as an elbow flexor? I'm pretty sure even if you go past parallel it would still be the posterior deltoid responsible for that.

  • @tyciol he's saying if you lower your elbows that it will work the biceps, which (in this case) is not what you want to do. you are looking to do your rear delts with a minimal amount of side and front, no biceps.

you are right though, he says it a lot...but just to be clear he was emphasizing that if you lower your elbows, you will be working on your biceps.

    hope that helps

  • Just a note, i dont recommend wrapping your thumb around the tip of the handle. I smashed my thumb against the machine when coming back in. Although this set up is free of any support where the handles come in.
