i have nvidia geforce gtx 560 direct cu 2 top.8 gb ram and intel core 2 duo e8400 3.ghz.and it runs only on 150 fps.why?

Whats your graphic config? Cause i have a NVIdia GForce 9600M GS , 4GB RAM and Intel Core 2 Duo T6600 2.2Ghz and goes EXTREMELY slow (18 FPS)
