nanosuit 2 is worst in game but in the game story is better as it adapts better and is like a symbiotic living thing...nanosuit 1 is better in-game (except cloak) but in game story is only a high technological armor or sth(bucket:D) ....not a living bio-technology organism...

as i like the crysis 2 story and i have learned pretty much everything i could find i prefer nanosuit 2 because is more technologically advanced...for gameplay ofc i prefer N1...

@vulkan40k Basically N2 is better in story and ingame.It has 20% more energy it makes the user more powerful (32%) and durable and Power Mode is a combined max strength and speed that works better.Armor mode tightens the fiber making it more durable to projectiles but also making it heavier.I felt that N2 is advanced and superior to N1.Also,these two shots are the only ones that can rival alien tech.

Going off the PC demo, let me say this:

GIVE ME BACK THE OLD NANOSUIT DAMMIT CRYTEK!! It doesn't matter if the suit modes are streamlined if the controls are ass, or if I can't see thanks to the motion blur

@TARINunit9 Right, in the demo you can't run without using energy as if a nanosuit would be needed for running. It's very annoying if you had your power drained in armor you can't run away. Also armor now uses energy when it's on. In nanosuit 1 Speed mode allowed fast weapon reload plus swift hits while power allowed strong meele. I hope they'll do something with the nanosuit 2 in the game itself so that it can compete with it's predecessor. Based on the demo, I would choose Nanosuit 1.

As much as I hate to say it, I've gotten used to the new suit (kinda). The "streamlined layout" actually works pretty well, Armor mode has a saving grace in the form of customizable modules that reduces it's drain rate, and I actually like Power mode

But I still prefer the old suit. Cloak is useless because everyone and their mother has Cloak Tracker and Thermal Vision, and I still prefer the old Armor mode

And don't get me started on the godforsaken motion blur

I can appreciate that they are trying to optimize the suit abilities, but part of what made Crysis combat so rewarding was chaining together suit powers to outmaneuver or overpower your enemy. If they had retained the old 'power wheel' architecture and just bumped up suit energy regeneration, as well as reduce the tax on certain maneuvers, like the Strength Jump, I'm sure combat would get noticeably more fun and dynamic.

This suit may really exist in real life in America they where creating a robotic type called exoskeleton main purpose of this is to improve human strength and speed of human capability. may bee 10 or 20 years from now it may became real. it is just a matter of time. try so search on Google you will see the prototype suit in real life and their target capability.

huge maps with thousands of destructible high poly vegetation that swing in the wind, dynamic volumetric lighting and clouds, real time soft shadows, ambient occlusion, motion blur as well as refractive water with 3d waves and it ran smoothly at very high with a non-overclocked q6600 and a single gf8800 ( at least for me)

seems pretty optimised to me.

by comparison, Fallout 3 looked like crap and simply increasing the grass count brought the FPS to its knees.

And it seems everything crytek makes is pure epic! the games where truly brilliant as is this trailer and "the wall trailer" just EPIC!! cant wait to finally get back in the trusty nanosuit and whoop some alien ass!
