This is why unemployment is so high. Businesses are required to buy expensive pointless permits to run a businesses, what ends up happening is that only big businesses can afford them and individuals and small businesses can't. I know someone who owns a bar and grill and has to pay around $100,000 a year for a liquor license, that is money that can pay for three people to work there. Businesses aren't going to kill off their customers. This is a joke but it is what Obama wants.
