@Bleach31399 it is explained in the 2nd season when they face Takamasa Sogi's school friend, a shikabane that manipulates cars, the school friend wants to be a shikabane hime, but only girls of a certain age can be turned into shikabane hime...which of course upsets sogi's school friend into more rage...thats what i've gotten to in the series...granted haven't finished kuro yet as well as haven't seen the third season that is either finished producting in japan or is out in japan. i am no expert

@TearsOfDarkness angela is the name of the band and not of the singer. I don't know why they named the band like that but I guess they have their reasons. The name of the singer is Yamashita Atsuko, in Japanese 山下・敦子

I think this is a realy good song too but as a video was I the only one having flashbacks to Flock of Seagulls and a camera tripod covered in aluminum foil? Maybe it is just all the reflections off the armor and such. I thought the song was good enough to look up the artists (Yamashita Atsuko and Hirasato Katsunori) and order this CD single online.
