Thank you so so much for the wonderful and very useful way of treatment the knee pain. I began to jog 3 months ago and in less than 2 months I felt a terrible pain in my right knee. Praise the Lord that I saw your link on you tube. I tried your method as you showed it very simply and the kept jogging. little by little the pain completely disappeared. I strained my knee and it was hurting with acute pain, specially when straightening or putting any weight init....IT band I think, tried a few stretches, Advil but nothing was working. Gave your twist a try and worked like magic... I can't believe pain is gone. Should this be a continuous exercise for the injury ?

Thankyou - feels way better. My problem is climbing stairs. All is fine walking and even running, but climb stairs and it hurts, sometimes an instant searing pain that makes me hobbly around after when walking. The pain is like at the top/upper of the knee cap. Anything additional I should do? Oh if I run up stairs then no pain - Thanks again

Awesome!! this is really helpful. I was having right Knee pain and I had been to Therapist. They suggested me to do foam roll and stretching of my right leg. But it didn't helped that much. And when I tried your instruction it helped me right away!! Many many Thanks for this video. Your instruction is way effective and faster than Pain killer!!
@MrDikesh That foam roller thing can cause a lot of pain...I prefer what really works than going through the motions and hope that I will work...Glad it helped...

Crazy i was in pain from running couch to 5k and it was a little bit of swelling and discomfort i did this
and it feels fine now ... weird... yet effective

I cant thank you enough for sharing your wisdom. been having pain in left knee for a while now. Made it hard for me to exercise.
Did your trick and heard a crack as if i cracked my knuckles. Held for minute. Pain is gone now.
