@fallenruins Depends where you're from.I live in France and there's a shit-ton of sites here. It's the best country for prehistory, and we have sites from all cultural periods from 500,000 BP to WW1. An archaeologist here doesn't need to go abroad (although we do that too), whereas American archaeology is limited to Amerinds and modern industrial periods, which is why most Americans often work on foreign digs which is a pain. Plus we have fairly encouraging laws for archaeology.

An archaeologist here doesn't need to go abroad (although we do that too), whereas American archaeology is limited to Amerinds and modern industrial periods, which is why most Americans often work on foreign digs which is a pain. Plus we have fairly encouraging laws for archaeology.

Additionally these tools are always produced using the same techniques used by Homo neanderthalensis to make other tools. @Tazy50 no, the different between evolution and a random video on youtube is that we have the real fossils that i can name and give you info on where they were found, who found them, etc. i have seen many videos here on youtube of pictures of people digging up giant skeletons. they are all fake. no one can ever give me any info on the giant fossils, where to find them, what the names are, nothing. all they can do is show me a video with a bunch of pictures without any independant confirmation.
