For anyone who wonders what happened to that Gretsch, yes, unfortunately, I had to let it go, it had broken too many times in the same place, and I didn't want to keep repairing it only to have it snap again. I sold it, got a DanElectro, which I still have, and never looked back!

Yes, indeed, that was from the rockabilly festival in Bourges, France, and we were opening for the fantastic Mac Curtis.  And yes, that is duct tape holding my headstock together, it broke in the airplane on the way over. I spent the whole tour playing with a broken guitar! But as long as the tape held, I could continue to rock the fans!
