What he said was Chinese scientists working in labs in canada are dissecting n analysing the virus after canadian labs were found sending H5N1 virus to many parts of the world ( by accident?).Most probably not deliberately. Perhaps the former want to produce a vaccine using Canadian superior medical technology for their vulnerable 1.2 billion population.Epidemics spread fast in teeming overcrowded cities like in China.
