@Highice007 Electro/Environ here, was in 3 F-16 units over 7 year before I got a Fam Flight. I've known people that worked on fighters for 15-20 years and never even get offered the chance for one. Then again in my first unit we were giving radio announcers Incentive Flights, how does that equal out?
And it sucks. Their hands are tied. One fail and the NCOICs have to give a 'we will fix it, it will be physically impossible for it to ever happen again' answer and destroy us to hold us to it, just to save their own asses.

Damn. I would have thought the pilots and crew chiefs were on first name basis. Crew chiefs never get offered a ride in an F-16 trainer? Sad. :(
