That is a awesome story. And great point about progress vs tradition. That's how i feel when i hear the argument to keep marriage between just a man and a woman, cause it is tradition and that is what marriage has always been. Well Slavery was a tradition and just how things where done. Very positive story.
I think the story is great, but it also shows how archaic and gender-normative our language and society is. Let them run as homecoming queen and queen. The labeling of king and queen is already so restrictive.
