Yeah true but the core turned into dust! as proven by the obvious lack of an enormous quantity of steel core colums in the debris pile. which by the way was less than 3 stories tall and in most cases less than 1. Directed energy weapons anyone?
There were only a few large columns. It would have all been mixed up with the rubble and so one would not be able to see its wreckage very easily in photographs, if at all.
