  • lol Hey guys

  • I like the haka but that slicing the throat gesture is a bit over the top

  • ha sensual girl here just for you baby

  • also I'm beautiful, attractive, sensual and artistic!

  • hiya I do everything for your satisfaction

  • shot pow you lead that haka

  • I would not want to pick a fight with any of those goys -.-

  • @judasvino why not? are you a kike or a faggot?

  • I would not want to pick a fight with any one of those guys -.-

  • At that particular time if I was accidentaly found going through that I would have happily crapped my pants.

    Io mi sarei cacato

  • I kinda prefer this one, its scarier, the other one is kinda just a dance these days.

  • Shut the F*** UP some guys just wont keep is mouth shut! This is a moment just ruin by some stupid moron!!!!

  • Old one was better :(

  • it's fucking sooo aggressive! I LOVE IT!!!

  • Fuckin dumb Italian cunts speaking while the haka's on

  • commentators shut the fuck up mann!!

  • Gotta love Weepu's face at 1:28. Bring that ending back!!!! ANOTHER GRAND SLAM BABY!!!!!

  • @seductively1 I'm not talking about Maori, I'm talking about Non-Maori New Zealanders and the rest of the world.

This is exactly what I'm talking about - it's arrogant to expect everyone else who isn't you to understand and appreciate your culture. Whether you are part of the Maori or any other culture. On the international stage, it IS a throat cutting gesture, because that is how the gesture is recognised internationally. Maori should respect that, don't you think?

  • these lot r crazy and solid look at the south africans shitting it lol

  • these lot r crazy and solid

  • I'm from New Zealand, and I don't understand. I think it's pretty arrogant to put yourself on an international stage and them blame other people for failing to understand your own culture. A throat cutting gesture is what it is to everyone BUT those who understand Maori culture. Which is probably not even all Maoris.

  • The new haka is shit!!!The old haka is cool!!!

  • @Milan19900918 TQ keep ur italian thoughts tp urself n FECK OFF!!!

  • @MultiRaiha Hard. I just responded to his bullshit on another video, and he's commented on a lot of other Maori videos. What a sad case.

  • hey every maori !! @Morallnvasion is a rascist towards maori flag him down

  • hectic haka

  • sorry but if you are not a new zealander you would not know or understand the real meaning to this ordinary new haka they wanted to implace, the cutting of the throat is not what people percieve it to be, it is a renewing of all their energy reaching deep down inside their vital organs and pulling that energy through their bodies to the top of their throats, and yes it was very rude of the commentators to talk out loud about something they do not understand ..

  • sorry but if you are not from new zealand you would not understand the real meaning of this clip,

  • sexy

  • Heil Krieg

  • I definitively prefer Shakila's waka-waka.

  • Maori are so cool!

  • That's how intimidating the All Blacks are. Even the scrum-half is bloody terrifying!

  • both versions of the haka are great because it is tradition of the maori so its real nice to see :D i think when im the opponent team i wouldn't want to play against them :D

  • Can't believe they are talking during the Haka.... Absurd!

  • That dude obviously has no clue the haka is awsome if you were a all blacks fan you would understand every game I see the haka is awsome it pumps you up

  • I wish those commentators wouldn't talk over it all the time...

  • @normallyishagsheep.......im proud to be 1 of less than 4 million people who no's what it means to be a new zealander and 1 of a small minority of people who has the privledge of being fluent in te reo ( the langauge ) and te tikanga ( customs/traditions) so just want to tell you to suck it coz your the one who misses out on our rich proud history.

take ur lame blank minded opinions elsewhere fag

  • No..... More awesome-ly awesome

  • Beast as in awesome-ly awesome

  • Is it as awesome-ly awesome as WWE?

  • @norshallmyswordsleep whats wrong normallyishagsheep, did i hit a soft spot. is it the name thing?. or is it cos you have no answer for my comeback comment. then fuck off and do some homework. i know what? why dont you learn about your countries history. you'd probably be ashamed at what you'd find...

  • Guam took the words out of my mouth. If you were part of a culture that's beast you'd understand

  • beast?

  • I love the Haka! Hee hee!

  • The Haka was something people of other country's used to respect the all Blacks for, but now its turned into a National embarrassment. Why would you do a 'slit your throat mime' on a sports field? After all, Rugby union is not WWE.

    Grow up lads.

  • Shut up... It's originally a war dance stupid... I'm so sick of people like you that can't accept other peoples cultures... Just shut up, it's just a cool little thing to respect the Maori people and keep some traditions alive, it's all in good fun, and lots of people like it, so you can stop pretending your so much better and so civilized, it's just for fun, stupid...

  • @norshallmyswordsleep man are you dumb as well as ignorant. national embarrassment?. are you kidding me. in the olden days they did it without heart. just going through the motions. but these days they are (all blacks) taught what the haka means. and then you get idiots like you that come along and say the all blacks are disrespecting the other team. the throat cutting thing does'nt even mean throat cutting. i wont even tell you what it means cos you should find out yourself before dissing...

  • @hawkeye1968yea

Disrespecting the other team??? No!!! the only thing they are disrespecting is their own cultur. The other team and the supporters are just looking a bit red faced because they feel embarrassed for them. Its what we Brits call car crash T.V.

  • @norshallmyswordsleep man, do you even know what you're talking about?. why cant people like yourself just except other cultures. instead you go around with your negative thoughts and air them out in places like youtube. if you actually learnt about the maori, i reckon you'll have new respect. whats wrong with what we do as a culture? or any culture for that matter. can you honestly answer me that?. and please dont come back at me with a tackless "trying to be funny answer"! brits ha...

  • @norshallmyswordsleep oh and actually at first glance at you name, it looks suspiciously like .....normallyishagsheep ..... thats what caught my attention of your sorry ass comments. sorry just an observation... but check it out:-))))))) where you from bro ireland?. its cool, i can sympothize with ya, i get alot of that shit too, comin from new zealand and all... lmfao...

  • @norshallmyswordsleep ,,,, you fucken silly bastard. its there culture and tradition you fucken silly english bastard. and whats that about disrespecting the other team , they would only be showing disrespect if they turned there backs doing it . but the all blacks look you straight in the eye and keep there distance and let you know whats coming . if your going into battle and your enemy does not hide then thats showing repect you prick. im irish , CELTIC NATION. WARRIORS. SCOTLAND, WALES.

  • respect!!! for tha all blacks wooh

  • man Mccaw turns evil during the haka..Hell yeah

  • Comment removed

  • Great head slicing :) !!

  • secretly the south african players are shitting themselves from the site of the haka, i knoe i wud and i only play high skool rugby lol

  • very good i love it

  • this isnt the new haka, it's the old one, not permited by the Federation of rugby because of the last move, the cutting throat.

  • with haka or not , they still cant win another world championships. what the fuck happened with the all blacks???

  • silly commentators, how dare they talk while the haka is in progress, *cocks shotgun*

  • ill join u!

  • what's the name of the all black captain in this test, number 9?

  • Comment removed

  • captain should be richie mccaw. or as we know him. captain fantastic!

  • Sorry, friends. I'm italian. The journalists have done a terrible mistake speaking during the haka...It's really disappointing when you are there, in front of the tv, after hearing the national anthem, waiting for the magical haka, and they speak and laugh...

  • What a lack of disrespect by the italian commentators while haka was performing; however, it does not affect how great is this amazing way to get courage before the game.

  • what of this? nobody respects the haka today....

  • Well, possibly you do not respect it but if you read the posts before and after ours, you will see there are many persons like me respecting this traditional dance before the game. I am Mexican and played rugby in Spain and had the opportunity when I was 17 to play against youth team from Auckland and performed the haka. I felt a lot of respect and cause to encourage my teammates and me.

  • no u r not right...I have th emaximum respect of haka....what about the commentors?

it is a different way to think....due to different cultures:

a tv commentor, while speaking, he appreciate the haka, is in my opinion a way to respect haka, to expalin its meanings.

  • Sorry, I misunderstood your first part and am glad we both share this traditional dance. What I do disagree with you is with respect to make comments while haka is performed. They can easily make them while repeating with slow camera or any other way but not at the precise moment it is performed; however, I respect your point of view.

Me ando animando a practicarlo otra vez.

  • fantastic...magic...Haka forever

  • ohh!!;o NICE!!!!;D

  • I've never heard any commentary speaking during haka. have some respect.

  • Freaking stupid italians... no respect for the haka... they have to learn to shut up... (fortunatly i just live in italy... not italian :D )

    Haka the best! ;)

  • Mess with them, you're dead [FACT]

  • haka the best

  • have a idiot that start speak until fineshed de haka...

  • What a jerk. Ourgh!

  • i agree with hawkeye1968yea but our aussie rugby ppl are just fucked in the head and dont realise its just how maori's do the haka lol

  • thanks bro...

  • lol they are like Vikings *_*

  • what language is that?

  • maori culture

  • that's italian, man ;)

  • Absolutely amazing.

  • that shows why nz re king at rugby cus they psych emselves up so much theyare literally awesome

  • those fuckn narrators should shut da fuck up! nice vid othr then that

  • *In Maori* "Power rangers power up!"

  • looks like careography, I like old one better

  • Can someone explain to me what this is? and what it's for? Also, what is the language they are speaking, the broadcasters I mean.

  • it's a war-chant. similar to how native american apaches would "hype" themselves by shouting in the top of their lungs right before battle.

  • Awesome. Are the "moves" a choreographed movement so to speak? a form of communication/language? What language is that? Thanks for the info.

  • It's a traditional Maori language.

  • Word. BTW awesome screen name, I'm a Pens fan myself!!!

  • I'm pretty sure the broadcasters are speaking italian.

  • yes, they are.

I'm Italian, actually living in Italy ;)

    bye

    mav

  • That's awesome. I was in Italy this past summer, it's amazing there!

  • no in this one they are cutting the throats of the other team, it was banned after a while for some stupid reason GO NZ!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • sorry bubblegum, they are not cutting the throat of the other team. they are actually pulling all their energy and breath across all of their vital internal organs from left to right to renew it (energy). that is what the "throat cutting" thing means. and before you ask, no i'm not german. just a maori that lives in germany. cheers...

  • Yeah well I'm a Maori living in New Zealand and why would Australia ban this particular haka from being perfromed while on Australian grounds if all the guys are doing is "pulling all their energy and breath across all of their vital internal organs" I really think you should do some background research on this before you start a debate when all you know is a heap of rubbish

  • did you do any background research before you started calling my comments rubbish. just check out what this particular haka means in wiki. i'm your brother. and i dont want to argue with another maori.

    kia kaha bro...

  • this hakas the best!! there not slitting there throats there summoning there ancestors spirits and pulling them through there bodys.people shudnt make asumptions on stuff they dont understand

  • The attempt getting respect is a bit more than wanted. Sharing the larynx with a

knife doesn't seem to be friendly . It was a kind of challenging harder than usual.

  • Look at ther fuckin thighs lol its ridiculous

  • Old Haka is faaaar more frightening.

  • *nods* although i do like the throat and thumb thing at the end.

  • Yeah. That's pretty intimidating. And their expressions! Kinda puts me off wanting to play New Zealand internationally. :L

  • this was awesome

but the old one takes the cup

  • old haka, waaay better n sexier

  • The player number 9 is Piri Weepu..

  • who's number 9??

  • who is the player at 1:35 ?

  • Richie Mccaw

  • Richie mcaw

  • the old one iz betta

  • old haka owns.

  • The Haka is so much a part of rugby it almost encapsulates the sport.

If I had my way there would be no 'lining up for the national anthems' and each team would be aloud a 3 min slot to perform thier patriotic ritual

  • pesimo

  • Hey guys, try to look this way. It is a tradition. And it is beautiful. Love and peace, and move through it all ....

  • vamos PUMAS!!!!vamos ARGENTINA!!

    1 New Zealand

    2 Australia

    3 Southafrica

    4 Argentina

    saludos desde buenos aires!!!;)

  • HAKA ROX...!!!!

  • Woot! NewZealand Baybee xD!

  • No.1 team in the world

  • best part is when black man of opposite team looks like praying xD

  • what..show

  • im so glad i live in a country where we dont play rugby, a sport i much respect but scared to play, lol

  • what year was it

  • damn right

    weepu is the man

  • fucking announcers... they talk like douche bags while its being done...

    haha cut throat haka!!!

  • wish the announcers had the courtesy to stfu while the haka was being done. annoying & rude.

The All Blacks perform a beautiful haka.
