I saw hovering "lightballs" like this about 3 mounth ago in Moscow, Russia. With my own eyes without any filters. They moved EXACTLY like on this video.
Good stuff. From what I know the Crafts are not visible to the Naked Human Eye. They have the ability to put up a shield that actually bends the light so it seems they are invisible, but they are not really. They are still there. Anything that can alter the visible light spectrum can help.

I invite anyone at anytime of year when its sunny to stand where you can put the leading roof edge of any structure of similar size in line with the sun to where all you see is the corona or sunlight slightly angular to you're retina and I assure you that any seed from a weed, any very small winged insect, or any particle the size of a pencil led that crosses that refractive angle will become bright and very visible until it moves out of the reference frame relative to you and the light.

Fair enough, but it looks to me as if the camera is more focused on the edge of the building than anything so if what you are saying is true(and I have no doubt that you are correct in you're analogy) then wouldn't the building edge lose focus in reference to something so far away(assuming these are advanced spacecraft) just like you're soda can would disappear?
Well you could only see whatever it was at full zoom of the camera so technically, from the viewer's perspective, you were only about 30 feet away from the top of that building. Numerous very time things can be observed blowing or flying at that distance. The next time you're sitting in your living room and a ray of sunlight makes it through the blinds, you will likely see particles previously invisible to you within that light.
@MrBloodandcarnage Cameras uses depth maps to focus near & far objects, the depth of field of a camera/lens system determines the part of the image that appears acceptably sharp. Since a lens can only focus at a single distance, it is often important to have a relatively large depth of field, so that objects appear sharp across a range of distances from the camera/lens system. So cameras can focus airplanes flying at high altitude, however they look so tiny. Certainly this Blg is 70 feet tall.
Deff debris and/or insects shining because of the coronal effect from the building eclipsing the sun, reactionless propulsion does exist and most likely reverse engineered, but this is not it..
@MrBloodandcarnage I forgot to mention to general viewers that this video was filmed on January/13/2009 (during the winter). Is almost winter time here in USA and I invite you and any one else to try this, then post a video response, people can do many experiments with a camera/lens, for example; in an open field put a can of soda 2000 feet away from videocamera, then film an airplane flying about same distance, can of soda will disappear on screen while airplane will look size of the soda can.

I also see these things with my naked eye during day light looks like lil energy rushing around and about..the ones I see at night are so high they look like stars, not airplanes..man made craft all have To strobe specific light flashes...these things literally look like stars that move...then disappear right befor your eyes...orange in color..they normally sit in constellations and most active @ 3am-6am..I work nights in the country...clear skys don't lie..

@OSORIOO Canon FS100 48x optical zoom, set on IR filter switched over black & white picture effect.to extrapolate sun's corona. You can use almost any digital videocamera.....I have been filming with JVC everio s, Sony and they did work well, just some camcorders don't have the white & black effect, so, you can use a ND8 o ND6 filter on camera easymode, the filters work like you were putting sunglasses to your camera lens, giving you a clear and crisp image.

I find it funny how some people can justify that these objects are dust and pollen particles even though they are completely invisible to the unaided eye and are extremely large considering you are using a roof top 20 stories tall to extrapolate Infrared from the sun's corona! @777equals666 People needs to realize that videocameras aren't microscopes to enlarge a dust particle, pollen or any other tiny object flying thousands or even hundreds feet high, certainly this "objects" aren't flying above the building, but thousands feet high in the sky besides they show intelligence enough to let us know that "dust particles or pollen" don't hover while the rest fly next to it. Well these are clearly unidentified fluffy objects, in front of the sun, and even managing to fly under the outstretched pole. What's more they are all flying in the same direction as the wind, almost as if to gather more warp speed. Now don't get me wrong, though as ufo's (real and man made) have been sighted in infra red throughout the world, but sadly as not shown here.
