"15 slices of what bread" to get enough pantothenic acid??? First bread has a whole lot more nutrients than just pantothenic acid! and secondly almost no one in a developed country is deficient in pantothenic acid! Same goes for most of these other nutrients....vit B12, vit E, vit A mg, b6, niacin, riboflavin, copper, chromium ... and the list could go on.
You can get ALL of this AND MORE from a regular healthy diet!
