Excellent! I use the Seeger Strum some too. Seems I can get the most volume using that...but I do agree that the CH is the most rhythmical. Great vid!!

CH can be pretty melodic too (when skipping the brush for example).
I personnaly find the Seeger strum more rythmical - I tend to use it for songs, as a backup when singing (well, a la Seeger :-)), and to use CH for "fiddle tunes"
Thats a fine comparison of those styles. Very cool. Its wierd. Before I learned clawhammer, those up picking styles would have looked normal to me, and the clawhammer would have looked strange. Now Its the other way around.

That's great tune, and the three styles really show their uniqueness because of its melodic quality. The Clawhammer is much more rhythmical.
