Currently, the government is giving a tax cut to the wealthy-it started back in the 80's when Regan was president. Obama is going back to the days before Regan. If people consider Obama a socialist b/c he wants to remove the tax cap that Regan implemented so he could spread the wealth. You could also call it socialism if McCain gives the wealthy a tax cut and use poor people's money currently to spread the wealth. Wealthy people are using the freeways and attending schools.
