you have to wait 30 minutes in a pvp hotspot.

you have to kill them and make them lose at least 25k...but you have to be risking at least 75k. Which means if you were to die or get pjed or something. Youd lose at least 75k worth of items. And Protect Item prayer makes you not risk something. So if your one iteming be sure to be skulled and without protect item prayer, put prayer on after the kill
