''Russia and China do it allllllll wrong'' That is because states can't 'do' it full stop.(nor can anyone else). It is one of the least practicable ideologies there is. Not just because he did not realise why running a society like a factory couldn't work. But also because he did not set out a clear method for acheving beyond letting history sort it out.
