When I was 4 years old, i got a crappy Dell.

At 6 i got a Compaq.

When i was 7 i got my first laptop, another compaq. when i was almost eight my other laptop broke and i got another crappy acer. When i was 8 i got a macbook pro. When i am now like 14, i still have the macbook pro. the prices on the top all together that lasted 4 years, cost 3,000$. now i had this macpro in 2006 for 6 years and it only cost 1000 bucks. GET THE MAC.

I use these all the time in school, so I really want the unibody... no offense to these though, I mean for only 2.0 GHz, these these are AWESOME compared to the iBooks... and at least we have leopard on them, the iBook G3's (no G4's) have 10.3..

it is the most amazing laptop ive used..i dont recomend the white one..cause of the plastic casing..macbok pro 13 inch is the best way to go i think..or get a refurbished macbook aluminum like i did :)

Its 2.26GHz with 4 gigs of RAM and a 250GB harddrive. Same exact specs as the lower end aluminum macbook pro, but 199 dollars cheaper and sexier. Its a no-brainer :D

Ah yes. I have gotten the Late 2009 Apple MacBook. I use a 20" Acer H203H with it, along with Apple Magic Mouse and the Apple Keyboard with Numeric Keypad. I plan to buy 4 GB of RAM for it from Crucial next March.

I now use my PowerBook G4 on my nightstand as a very cool-looking alarm clock that plays my entire iTunes library. I control it using VNC through my MacBook.

Lol handy tip in case anyone didnt know (u probs all do by now anyway) but if you have a pre 2009 macbook u can buy GMABooster which is a free weekly download (donate like £5 u get a serial code) and it gives major increase to graphics power, like 25% fps increase on games and 80% increase on other 3D apps =]

The macbook white doesnt come in 2,4ghz only 2.0ghz (atleast in europe not, i find it strange that you got a 2,4ghz)

These are the maximal options.

On the apple site it says that only the macbook aluminum comes in 2,4ghz (and offcourse the macbook pro also)
