@ryk08301211 Cello and piano: practice half an our a day if I want.

I warm up with a simple C/D major chord al the way to thumb position. Then I play my studies? The technical pieces. And then I move over to the concerti/sonates.

I pay attention to my elbow and my back. Keep it straight but relaxed. Practice slowly with metronome and keep working on playing faster till you reach the original tempo :)
