@kinggambitabc . I dont know about Fischer being the best of all time. He considerably had the most dominating performances against fleets of the worlds best GMs. During his time he was the best player. Tal pushed chess to new levels Fischer did so too. then Kasporov mastered the game some more.. But My ranking would be 1. Carlsen 2. Kasparov 3. Fischer .
@SuperJuiceman11 Carlsen and players today have the games of their predecessors to study and not only study... they have advanced computer engines to analyize with. Put all the players in history in tournament Magnus Carlsen Wins
audiência zero..quem iria trocar futebol e novela aki por isso..só na inglaterra.. comentarista idiota..."kasparov move cavalo.." ¬¬ todo mundo tá vendo isso..comenta algo q preste.. fala de estratégia
isnt it just some reversed trompowsky or what its called... the reason y its not special, there r no counterintuitive moves... imean everyone should know about it.....
after seeing this game, how could any1 seriously think that kasparov even comes close to fischer....fischer even would even beat kasparov blindfolded.... seriously...
I don't think you understand how the ELO rating system works. I'm nowhere near good enough at chess to say who is better of Kasparov and Fischer but I'm a good enough mathematician to tell you that comparing ratings between players from different times is next to useless. ELO rating measures your playing strength as compared to the other players you're playing against, nothing else.
@rapsarG That explains why so many people believe Bobby Fischer was better than Kaspsrov, inspite of Kasparov's ELO. I guess in some situations a rating can be OVER rated. Lol
how can a third move be uknown to theory? besides my chess engines always play ne5 agaimst me, i know they played a while ago...but every1 knows ne5 andf6... really bull commentary
@IBOUGHTYAMOM I think he meant bishop to f5 being a very rare line, and it is. According to my opening database, that position has been played a little over a hundred times in professional play, this game being the 21st time.

what happens exactly when those 25 minutes are up?
TheSammypickle 4 months ago
@TheSammypickle Each player gets 25 minutes on their clock. If either player runs out of time, they lose the match.
FlyingToast303 4 months ago
@FlyingToast303 i quite like that, i hate playing people who take about 30 seconds to decide each move, it's incredibly boring

Very instructive commentary. Chess is truly a gentleman's game. Nothing but classic behavior and chess.

Game 25 is "speed chess"?
oh how times have changed.
2TheDeath 9 months ago
@2TheDeath this is actually game 3 out of 6. the 25 minute limit is what makes it speed chess or "rapid"
ChessNoir 9 months ago
@2TheDeath
Times haven't changed. 30 minute games are still considered "rapid" at the top level. Blitz is in a league by itself.

@IBOUGHTYAMOM I would agree, but Kasparov's peak rating is higher than Fischer's. You can't dismiss that they're both excellent players.
