I cant seem to tell a Point and Shoot shot from a Professional shot. The new cameras made within the last 8 years takes wonderful pics. I get great pics from a 10 dollar Hewlett packard i got at walmart.

When you're a partner, you have no limit in the length of your video.

You can get a banner above your videos, and on your channel page.

If you are doing this on a mac (like me) to change it from a txt to a req, save a blank document on text edit, then go to Get Info, and rename it vers.req. a popup will come up asking if you are sure you want to change the extention, click yes.
