@s2macdon If you try to bake them, they dry on the outside and stay wet on the inside and get all weird and warped. There are plenty of cracker recipes that combine flax with coconut flour (or something else) that have very short cooking times. Look for one of those. The advantage to using a low temperature, though, is that it doesn't damage the oils in the flax.
