Isn't a 60's demo, isn't Lou Reed playing guitar.
It's the audio source from a 1981 Tv appearence at BBC and the guitar player is Joe Bidewell.
You can find it on the 3 LP box called "SEARCHIN' FOR MY MAINLINE" released in 1987.

Actually, the songwriting credit for this song - on the original Chelsea Girl album - is to Lou Reed and Sterling Morrison... but it's a mistake easily made... : )
