I can see that you get your footage with a very keen artistic eye! When I was 5, we lived in NYC for a year on the upper west side (Riverside Drive area)! We lived in an apartment on the 5th floor and I dropped plastic bags of water on people as they walked by! Wasn't I a sweet child? Just as sweet as the so-called adult I am now! LOL! I also had an aunt in Coney Island & a cousin who lives at Central Park west! I live in PA-about 1 and 1/2 hours from NYC! Made it a favorite & will share it!
Hey man, this is a perfect response to my hockley woods vid, thanks and thanks for watching,it took me a few months to get it finished but I got there in the end!Hope life treating you well my friend-Paul
wow, only that one shot of color. (wait, did you see color?) yeah. (there was no color, dude) really? But I thought since I could see it... (uh-huh?) oh. That's what he's saying, isn't it? Still, that really WAS a cool place to put color. (there was no color) well, it would have been a cool place.... After all, it was a cool video!
That insect taking off at 4.27 is a shot to be proud of. Plus your voice is one I could listen to all day. If I tried to do voice overs It would sound so bad.
So "AVDJ" is actually tuned to this cosmic "oneness" - a force of energy and freedom - that is bringing people together just as it's raising them up to the next level of consciousness. Thanks again!
You have a very special style of personal expression. It's actually a genre and I'm sure you will inspire thousands of others who will carry the torch of music-truth-love to advance the cause of freedom which is very misunderstood. I think I discovered you through Ralph Buckley and Annie Canada. Thanks again! Keep up the great work!
Not so much lately. But Adrian has a new CD just released, so I have some music to play with. I'll probably fiddle around with something soon. I'm currently on the lookout for inspiration. That's why I enjoyed your Central Park so much. It captures exactly the feeling of what I'd like to do.
Hey,nice video AVDJ,Lots of good nature footage and I thought your voice over was excellent!I like your views on feeling happy and music, liked the ant in the vid, ants feature quite alot in my next vid which hopefully you'll see in the next couple of weeks!
Hell yeah :) I loved this video its awesome and shows off the better qualitys of yourself and NYC I hella hope i can visit it when i make my way across the pond
+ message me your msn dude me and wirrow are on about making the tailcast channel a bit more regular as everyone always has a good time
beautiful tour of central park..you have an awesome eye my friend...your shooting is fantastic...love the animated interludes..and i love your narrative especially at the end..it is important!!!...
AVDJ this ROCKED! Diggin the flow of tunes. So much color and so many flavors! I really liked your visit to the park. I like it when I go off in the wood there. You almost feel like you are in another space, not the middle of a city. Cheers~ Meg
I love your narration AVDJ. I do know that feeling you describe in the later part of the video. Well said! I like how this video is both personal and part of the larger world. Many wonderful images, like the ant walking along. I lived near Central park and spent almost every weekend there as I had no money. I have walked every last bit of it and have loved it so much. I still miss it. Are the pink trees in bloom yet?
I hope I'll be able to take a walk in Central Park someday... I know this feeling all to well, when I listen to music via my headphones, and every movement, every look, every laugh of the people around me seem to blend in with the sound and it's all just perfect; like a music clip just for me!
WOW! That was superb. Yes! I know what you mean about being "aware" of your own happiness. I had that same awareness yesterday! I mean, I think I'm usually a happy person, I just don't think I usually take the time to "notice" my own happiness. But to be aware iof one's own happiness--THAT is a great feeling! I love this video. Thanks for sharing.
To each his own, I can't imagine living in a city. I think it would be fun to live in a concrete jungle for a few months maybe, but the further from the traffic - the better I feel.
That was a really nice day. I've had those days of happiness and hyper awareness, when the veil seems to slip from everything :) Thanks for taking us along.
Central park could be a beautiful place, I'm so sad that in Hungary there isn't any parc such as Central Park, except in our capital... So good for you!!! I like this vid!!
Great views and camera work, as always. I just got back from there. Will have some photo montages up at tailcast today! Love the voicing and the story!!
The only green space in NYC (your comment) and you photographed it in B&W.
Very Sad.

@Avedisdesign Never thought of that, but I have made a bunch of color videos in Central Park, so figured this one could be unique
