that's not a rotary throw(kaiten nage), that's a long complicated way of doing shiho nage.

I agree, and it is not very well done. I do not understand the idea to grab with the other hand under the locked arm, basic shionage is done with grabbing the opponents wrist from above the locked arm, this way, he looses control
