His cooking show is definitely the BEST out there- you don't just learn to memorize old re-hashed recipes, you actually walk away KNOWING something about cooking.
He makes me laugh! Good Eats is one of my fav shows! I try to watch it every night unless I'm busy or it slips my mind. He's freakin awesome! AB forever!

AB is a great guy. I love his show and hope Feasting 3 is on the horizon. He is knowledgable and nice, unlike that snarky blowhard Anthony Bourdain. This guy truly likes people and isn't full of himself.

Don't ask why... It could be the fact I have synthesia (when senses are mixed up). BTW: Play-Doh: Fun to play with. Not to eat!

If you ever get to meet him, it is worth it. I did at a book signing for Im Just Here For More Food at a local Costco. He was very sweet and sincere. He made a few jokes, asked my name, shook my hand, signed my book, and then took a picture with me. Very sweet guy :)
i had a similar experience @ a joseph beth's book store on lexington, ky. there were soooo many people there to see him, durring his talk about the new book, i had to stuggle just to hear him, couldn't see him at all. but he was SOOO nice, warm and hilarious! he's my hero. he even stayed until every book was signed. i was one of the last and he was still very warm and jovial. even answer some geeky question of mine. what a great man and a great cook.
