this wont happen, i wouldn't even worry about it they did serveral speed tests with this and it slowed the speed down allot by about 80%

broadband speeds are bad enough in Australia, we don't need a filter to make it worse, allot of people are still with dile up, and ADSL1 services (1500/256) are widespread

ADSL2 is only in major citys, but is rolling out to allot of rural areas, but still a filter would just be terrible, and wouldn't even work anyway people will just get around it
