Manors arent banned from the mainline 7802 was only withdrawn from Mainline due to her not having OTMR Fitted (On Train Monitoring Recorders) or black boxes as they are known.
manors will return in the future to the mainline but not at the moment.

The rarest footage you will ever get of a Manor up Talerddig and will never be repeated. I've seen this on Mainline 2005 Vol 1 and amazed by it all on the sheer scale caught.
