I found the problem for a while ago, it was a burned printcard ;) So the 2. cell jumped over to the third :) Fixed with some cable, soldering and patience ;)
i had the same problem with mine. the problem was the prongs on the balance board need 2 be fixed, just heat them up with a iorn and this should fix the problem.
looks like its the lipo thats damaged,have you over discharged it as over time this will kill it and it will never accept a full charge..if this is the case it will start to puff up

i know what the problem is. choose the BALANCE option not the CHARGE when you charge a lipo
