That is not real lean. What makes you "lean" is the opiates in the cough syrup. Promethazine DM, does not have a opiate. What does get you high,leaning,nodding... is the opiates. Like, codeine, etc. hydrocodone. Yellow tuss and Purple Codiene.

man break it down for me....i been sippin REAL lean (prometh/codeine)since the 90's now its banned where im at...i can get PLAIN prometh syrup all day though...is every brand green?? im looking for like an orange flavored one...will prommeth vc syrup be a lil better?

does thisstuff get you high like oxys or dope, I don't get it codeine isnt that strong, it might be for a beginner like a percocet but when you on oxys prescribed i dont think codeine would touch me, id still love to try, they sell oxy syrup for sick people mix that with your sprite and that would get you right
