@Arlenienj Sometimes if they gave the house away or paid you to take it over it's not a deal. If there are vacant houses in an area or on a block, it only needs to be a couple and not every other house.

And how do you find real estate like that other than using real estate agents and realtors?

Whats the best way to go about showing your buyers the house without her getting in the way by talking to them and telling them the actually price of the house, and cutting you out of the deal.
you simply have to be up front with everyone involved when the seller still lives in the house... but always send vestors by the house first to do a drive by and then schedule a time to view the inside if they are interested from there... let them know not to disturb because the house is occupied, most vestors understand that
as far as them stealing your deals, that's why you have a contract and we have courts of laws
I don't want anyone to get distracted with this video and offer, the intent was to give an additional option on making money from what someone may already have a lead on just by association, etc.
Commercial Real Estate is vast compared to SFH and a video wouldn't do it justice.
