I have a question : ) Are wigs better for growing hair than extensions? I shaved the sides of my hair for a mohawk, and now it's growing and I have sewed extensions, but some times they are too tight. After a bit of research I found out about these wigs and I've been wondering if they're good and if they don't harm your natural hair.
@Morgaine32 I know you probably didn't direct the question at me but I would imagine that a wig IS better because its not gonna pull on your edges like extensions will
@Morgaine32.. Great Question...I am 22 yrs old and I have been wearing wigs for a very long time to just give my hair a break from being flat ironed and tug and pulled on.. I personally don't like wearing a wig without my hair being Cornrolled straight back.
@Morgaine32 . It feels secured and so much better.. Make sure who ever does the braids doesn't braid the edges tight...Btw don't add hair.. Just Braid your natural hair.. Wigs you can rock for a mth or 2 and do it over again.. Take it down wash and condition well.. Put it back up.. Its a Process but so worth it...While in braids you should find a good leave in condition for the scalp..So Yes wigs are so much better and easier..

You trimmed off too much of the lace. You need to leave about 3/4 of an inch so you can spirit gun the whole thing to your head. You don't want to be at a chic event and have your wig blow off.

LOL! u were hilarious......I have a questions who told you to use those shears to prepare a lace? Those are actually thinning shears most likely use to take the bluntness out of caucasian hair or weave or just overly thick hair period.....they're some very small shears that usually come in a sewing kit or a nail kit try those, the curve of the nose of the shears gives an easier tracing of the outline of the wig .........over all ur still rocking that piece honey do ur thing girl do ur thing!!

Those are actually thinning shears most likely use to take the bluntness out of caucasian hair or weave or just overly thick hair period.....they're some very small shears that usually come in a sewing kit or a nail kit try those, the curve of the nose of the shears gives an easier tracing of the outline of the wig .........over all ur still rocking that piece honey do ur thing girl do ur thing!!

super cute and awesome find! :D if you want to hide the lace in the front, even after you cut it, you can try and put some foundation on the lace to make it less noticeable :D
