Any inhailing tips bud, I usually have the smoke in my mouth and then slightly open it, and suck it down to my stomach, get's me a nicotine rush faster, but it's really killing me... i think ive forgot how to smoke properly :P

Perhaps an odd thing to say but next when you dance try to loosen up a bit.
Remember it's dancing not a job interview.
