Knowing that Flindstones Kids is on Cartoon Network Boomerang, I am surprised that they won't show this PSA again to kids and adults who watch that channel. Perhaps it could once again make a good way to talk and think about wearing seat belts. That's what I like about those old kids cartoons from the 70s, 80s, or 90s. They even had PSAs about different issues with reality.
PSA's are awesome!!! Well, no they're not... but as one who loves 80's cartoons, this is added nolstalgia. Anytime someone says... "now I know"... regardless of the topic, I instinctively respond "and knowing is half the battle!" And this one was effective... I've had this darn song stuck in my head for 20 years! As far as Flinstone Kids in general, this was one "babyfication" I could have done without. Ha!
I always liked these PSAs back then. Being a child of the 80s and early 90s kicked ass! These always reminded of what's really important in life and what the next generation needed to do. If you watch cartoons today, there are NO PSAs on at the end of cartoons! Some of these new cartoons won't be remembered the way WE remember OURS! Bring back the 80s and early 90s PLEASE!

Yes. What better way to teach children important messages at a young age than to use cartoon characters they know like Flintstones.
