Uh, its kinda complicated, you have to slowly move the background in bannedstory, it takes a long time... then you have to realign everybody in their new spots. Its just the same in any other animating software.

Nah half the frames were talking frames, I just extended them, it was only 803 frames long but with the same frame rate it would have been around 2000. And I just set it to 80 m/s and worked slowly. I worked on it about 2 hours a week lol... so yeah I didn't put that much time into it.

lolz, frames isn't techno lingo, im not a nerd or anything...

Anyways again, try setting the frame rate to 80 m/s, thats a good decent frame rate that will make your animations smooth. The frame rate is the rate that frames advance.
