i thought theatre of tragedy were doom-gothic metal. i listened to 8-9 songs of them and none of them was either doom or gothic. it was like alternative rock/electronic music. fortunately liv left them and now is with leaves eyes which is an awesome band

I do not agree. You just haven't undesrtood the mood, the message and the spirit of the song. All the album (Musique) is kind of satirical, or at least critical; and this particular song videoclip shows a bit of how sensuality can sometimes only mean a pose, giving a sort of fake status to the brunette table-dancer babe.
