I just started this cleanse yesterday and I have already lost 4 pounds....its only been 2 days. I'm so excited and you look amazing. Keep up the good work and just a encouragement on being a pescetarian. I've been a vegetarian for like 3 years now. I love this cleanse.

What all does the Lemonade Diet consist because of ? I am preparing for my Daniel Fast.Also how often do you drink it and when or should i say what time?
Congradulations on your weight loss success, I am on day 2 now, and I wanted to know did you do any exercise while you was on the cleanse, and also how much cups of the lemonade in a day did u consume?
@MsBajanSensation I hope you keep going. Its definitely a good jump start to a healthy lifestyle. I did very light work outs while on the cleanse. The weight was just dropping off of me from all over, so I didnt have to do much. I drank about 6-8 glasses a day.
Hey Suga!!..WAY 2 GO!! u look fabulous! & ur right it is hard but well worth it. im trying 2 stay away frm the scale but i weighd myself 2day (back@ work since strtn th MC) & so far i lost 16 lbs. im on day 8 of 15!discipline & will power. im also working out while doing th cleanse.& th scale dosent lie. i dont c it on me personnally but every1 @ wrk was complementing me. thankz 4 ur vidz again. u stirrd up a fire in me thats untameable! im right behind u Suga! @XBTAMED Keep up the good work! Thats what Im talking about. Some people say theyre going to do it but never get around to it. I am beyond happy that I am able to inspire another. Believe it or not, people dont realize that they also motivate me to keep it going! And trust me, you will notice a difference & youre going to feel so good about yourself! Keep up the good work :)
