Road to 7 billion 1800 1 billion 1930 another billion added in 130 years 30 years for the population to reach 3 billion 1960 it took only 14 years for another billion in 1974 13 years and another billion in 1987 making it 5 billion 12 years and now we're at 6 billion in 1999. Lo and behold again it took another 12 years to add another billion to our population in 2011. Add it up 211 years to add 6 billion people to the already billion on the planet in 2011, 1999, 1987, 1974, 1960, 1930 and 1800
Am I wrong but about twenty years ago in school we were always taught that the world population was 8 Billion. So why all the excitement when over one billion seems to have simply ''vanished'!!
You know, this makes me wonder if we really need all the space we take up. Some houses have massive backyards but really, if we can all fit shoulder to shoulder in Los Angelus we could all live in america! This is crazy!

That's right, sounds crazy, but it is relatively certain, the greatness of the land can support much more than 7 billion people, it is not true and is the main concern is that a portion of those 7 billion, not be willing to change their habits without depleting the limited resources wisely for our existence ...
