Daft Punk had nothing to do with the artists who remixed the songs.Disney did this for money, Daft had nothing to do with it. But i'm happy for Tom Cruise getting the chance to be on a project like this. he really deserves it.

It's not daft punk's fault that they didn't get the kind of remixes that "music professionals" find worthy for the masses to accept. daft punk chose these because THEY enjoyed them, not because "music professionals" would enjoy them or even their audience. This so fucking epic, to me this is just the perfect Tron song. It's has that eighties feel that you sometimes just can't get and when you finally hear it all the memories of the first movie and being a kid just flood your mind. Other artists try to capture it and fail, but this... This is perfect. Period.

This is what the movie sound track should have been. The OST was a huge disappointment. I'm glad they gave proper producers who are capable of more than generic synth orchestras with distorted bass pulses a chance to create some excellent Tron tunes.
