Its Tenzo otherwise known as Captain Yamato. Yamato became the leader of team 7 after Kakashi went to hospital to rest since he used a lot of chakra using his new sharingan. He is the clone of Hashirama or the 1st Hokage so he possesses Both Water + Earth nature equall to create Wood element. Since he possesses the first's powers Kakashi assigned him since he's the only one who can stop incase the Kyuubi in Naruto turns out of control. He's my Idol in Shippuuden...^_^
@squall2x actually, your wrong on some of your facts. He has water and earth style, but that doesn't let him use wood style. and he isn't a clone, he was already born when Orochimaru implanted the DNA of the First Hokage into him, where a clone would have had the DNA before being born. And it was Tsunade who assigned Yamato, not Kakashi.
@squall2x - You know, Tenzo is not a clone as such, he is an experience that Orochimaru played around with. Orochimaru implanted the first's cells into Tenzo, he did not create Tenzo. Tenzo was born as normally as anyone else.
