I think you worrying way too much about the heat from the network cards, just one of those fans in the side would of delt with it nicely. Still a great setup, would like to hear more from you about this lab.

I tried the switches on ebay.in but are pretty expensive, how did you manage shipping the boxes from US to India..I suppose either friend of yourself visited there!
