I disagree. Just look at any footage from 9/11 and tell me why you can't (or are not seeing) that the airplanes they show were (CGI). Buildings react when they are hit by any object, this is fact of Inertia... Neither WTC 1 or 2 did anything -but explode... If you look closely, it did react slightly to the explosives that were pre-planted inside. It is horrible to think that this was done, but it was. ...also the building don't fall in a free fall. It takes about 8 seconds to fall, when a free fall from that height would have taken 10 seconds. Those jets of dust that come out of the windows are caused by the sheer pressure of floor colapsing into floors. Imagine the pressures involved in this. If when you close a door in a room it moves the air in the other side of the room blowing a curtain on a window, imagine a whole floor colapsing. some windows will blow and expell dust and everything.

You are wrong. There is something called latitude. It is the amount of difference between the minimum and maximum exposure a film can handle. The film used at the time had a latitude of about 5 stops. Each stop is the double of the amount of light of the last stop. So in order so expose the stars, even though they are brighter in the moon than on earth, the astronauts would have to over-expose the moon surface and astronauts ( lit by the sun, very, very bright ) in order to get the stars...

The moon surface if non reflective and grey. Not that the astronaut is in every shot, the sky should be filled with lights. Keep in mind that even Mars and other planets can be seen from an airplane window while flying at cruising altitudes in the daytime.

I am A visual effects supervisor and a Film scanning and recorfing supervisor for Brazil's largest film post houses. I know photography... The surface of the moon is just like cement powder. If it wasn't reflective, it wouldn't light up the night during full moon's would it?

The moon and any other planet will reflect light from the sun that is seen on Earth. Its not a very bright surface because if it was, the moon would appear like a white star from the Sunlight being reflected back (or more a less what we can see of the reflection of light) here on Earth.

What I am trying to explain is that even being way brighter than on earth, the stars are not bright enough to expose a film with only 5 or 6 stops set for an object lit by the sun! It is thousands of times brighter than the stars! Our eyes sure can see a higher latitude than this, but not the film used on the moon!
