@Archerpyro a few times, and yes, there is specially trained gun crews... saddams military actually shot down a ac130 in the first gulf war, killed everybody on board.... they are great for fire support, but you must have downed all of your enemys anti air network and fighter aircraft to use them, or risk losing the plane and crew

@Xxibanez619Xx You do know that the AC-130 is derived from the C-130 Hercules, right? If an AC-130 and C-130 are flying at high altitude they look pretty much the same since the guns are hard to see. Of course what do you know? Can you tell the difference between a C-5, a C-17, a C-130, and an AC-130, since you seem to be such an expert on military cargo aircraft?
