  • i wouldnt say seadoo is better looking then yammy

  • Comment removed

  • have you modified yours at all to allow more air flow? I put a 4" intake hole behind the seat and also removed the small sotrage compartment up top. allows more air to flow through.

  • honda is where its at!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! hahaha

  • hey how does that cowl get installed ??? does it go over the seat ???..becuase im going to purchase a 2010 rxp-x and was thinking bout installing a cowl for it

  • your all a bunch of dumb ass fucks!!!

  • 2009 Kawasaki Ultra 260 For Sale World Finals Ski 1 Race For Sale

    $35,000

.what you think of this rig.

  • nothing beats a turbo seadoo gti or supercharged kawasaki stx-15f

  • True, but expensive as hell

  • No one can beat the sea doo rxp. hands down. stock or even when you supe it up

  • hey one of the people on my lake have one of those what is the top speed on it

    thanks

  • stock isnt very fast, but this one is fully decked out if its putting out 320 hp, prob turbo charged. I would imagine the one in the video hits 85mph easily.

Stock speeds are like high 60s (mph). Mine is around 70mph with a few cheap mods like an intake grate and air intake.

  • What stage is this guy running at?

  • why post stupid comments if u kno nothing about jetskis? no water.... pfft.

i find the rxp 2 b ok on fuel, but i dnt joy ride so i guess its different hey.

  • angelpker if you knew anything about pwcs you would notice that there is a hose connecting to a tube in the back of the machine and circulates water through all the necessary components and the supercharger jus sucks in air to the engine for more hp, the ride plate may get a little warm but it only reason is does'nt in water is well because its in water

  • AWESOME

  • is it all seadoos tht are quite wasteful on gas or just the rxp???

  • @marcosgava269 all 1500cc seadoos in general (the supercharged ones use more fuel of course).

  • @WhatIThinke and just money its just not a poor mans sport

  • cant believe people think its a 4 cylinder. Clearly all rotax 4-tec (4 STROKE ENGINES) are 3 cylinder.

I know the 4 stroke kawasaki engines are 4 cylinder but not sure about Yamaha.

  • @ksa4426 its a big cc engine so people just assume that a 1.5L engine would be 4cyl just like a motorcycle with 600cc is a 4 cyl. I have heard that in the past as well.

  • yeah sea doos are sick machines but they waste so much gas....i go through about a full tank in 1 and 1/2 hours

  • lol ur going to mess it up by goosing it out of water beccuz its supercharged lol

  • A supercharger is a fan that sucks air into the engine faster than if it was just driving normally, a lot of muscle cars and sports cars have them. Water wouldn't have any effect.

  • supercharger is a AIR COMPRESSOR and depending on the style wether its ROOTS or uses a IMPELLER. its nuttin like a fan. Fans dont compress air they just move it. impellers and screws compress it

  • theres wter goin in it, and comin out retard

  • the water goes through a series of vents that cool the engine not through the intake dumbass

  • its 4 cyclinder dude

gayass yamaha and polaris r 3 i think

  • can someone answer this for me are the rxp and rxt 4 cylinder 2 strokes or four strokes...thanks

  • four strokes 215HP supercahrged or 155HP Rotax engines

  • 4 stroked

  • I've heard of stage kits for performance, but not a racing engine for a rxp that puts out that kind of performance. i'll have to check the site out.

  • What kinda engine that small puts out 300hp thats amazing, i have a 155hp thats plenty for family but not for me i wish i had that

  • my grandmother could ride a sitdown!!you sit downs girls couldnt even get off your knees on a stand up ski!KAWASAKI SXR-800

  • hey, i ride stand ups and sit downs, and the both have their own pros and cons.

  • yamaha's are crap, don't handle good at all , hey why dont you list your mods

  • Yep, tell that to all the championships the GPR hull has one over the past few years in all race classes and the Wolrd Championship it won in 2005 in Lake Havasau. I'm an RXP fan, but a GPR will out handle an RXP any day.

  • Yes u r right i have the 07 gpr 2 stroke 1300 yellow and black and the do beat any other skie on the water. Its funny people by skies with super charged on um and they think there the shit thats when i just pull um or out turn um.

  • fuck two strokes. they too much maitnence and they burn alot of gas and oil

  • jason thats a load of crap. Yamahas are so far behind seadoos its not even comparable. First off the 1300r is a 3 cylinder 170 HP 1300cc ski. RXP is 215 hp Supercharged 1500cc 4 cylinder. I have rode bout every jetski there is out. I topped the 1300r out at about 64-65 mph. I have gotten the RXP to 72 without mods. With mods its even crazier. Handling the 1300r is decent cuz its a 2 seater. But the RXP is right next to it with handling. Seadoo will blow away any contender.

  • RXP is actually a 4-stroke 3 cylinder... But I agree, Sea-Doo is definitely ahead of the game.

  • buddy its 4 cylinder...go check the website if u dont believe me

  • Buddy it's a 3-cylinder 4-stroke you rook. I work at a Sea-Doo dealership and deal with them all damn day. Their website says 4-TEC, not 4-cylinder. The engine is called a 4-TEC because it is a 4-stroke. There is a difference between stroke and cylinders. Go look at a tech-spec website or something and get educated before you make yourself look like an ass.

  • yeah, dude...hes right. i work at whittiefun center, and they are three cylinder motors.3 cylinders, 4 valves per cylinder...look it up...count the spark plugs...i dont give a fuck!!!

  • yamahas are the best waverunners u can get, amazing construction, and they dont give problems like a P.O.S seadoo

  • SEADOO the best , more faster than yamaha, better looking then yamaha , won more championships than yamaha simply the BEST

  • SeaTurd

  • agreed, the user bashing seadoo doesnt know to express themsevels.

Seadoo has this thing where they get the newest technology, design and throw it on the water. Which is awesome but can cause problems (ie ceramic washers)

Yamaha likes to take their time and test it out in detail.

I have a seadoo rxp and i wouldnt own any other jet on the water but if you are smart and take care of it, its an awesome jet ski.

Yamaha is like a care-free jet that runs but isnt the fastest thing on the water

  • @WhatIThinke i thought they don't use ceramic washers anymore?

  • KAWASAKI is definitely better than both yamaha and seadoo.

  • seadoo is shit, i bought a BRAND NEW 08 RXP and the super charger came broken, i am in the process of taken off the fuel pan on the bottom of the engine to clean out 2 failed clutch washers and all the needle bearings that the bitch sucked up, after rebuilding the supercharger AND completely removing the engine so i can actually get to the oil pan... oh wait my yamaha? i have had for 12 years and NOTHING has gone wrong yet

  • oil pan**

  • ure fulla shit. IF IT WS BRAND NEW IT WOULD BE UNDER WARRENTY seadoo for life yamaha slow as fuk and old and wank

  • it was under warranty but because the people that sell the craft dont have knowledge of them and didnt know what the problem was because seadoo are a bunch of cheap fucks that overcharge there piece of shit craft and dont bother to train their employees

  • Fuck you, seadoo's are the shit, and if you can't handle the 215 horsepower of your rxp, then stop being a pussy and say so instead of bashing on the ORIGINAL and BEST personal watercraft on the water. That's right, seadoo has been around since 1968, bitch, so they know their stuff. I've been working with(very rarely on) seadoos my whole life. go bash on a kawi or yamaha video, instead of feeding everyone your bullshit, just beacause you can't take care of a seadoo.

  • yea seadoo has been around since "1968" but superchargers were only introduced in the last 5-6 years or so, I have a yamaha and a seadoo, my yamaha is 12 years old and my 1 year old seadoo has broken down more times in 1 year then the yamaha has in 12. Seadoo may have power but the way they hold it together might aswell be by scoth tape, they have shitty, cheap design so they can build cheap and sell for astronomical amounts of money. Do a little research you 12 year old

  • 12 year old??? go choke on the exhaust fumes of your piece of shit yamaha. One bad seed (kinda like you, you jiz blob) out of the whole production line is no way to judge a company. My 92 seadoo xp hasnt had a single problem, and my 02 seadoo gtx (4-tec) hasnt had anything wrong either, and i beat the hell out of them. I go with a group of 10 seadoos and 2 kawasakis, and lat summer, i had to tow 2 yamahas in. go suck a dick, cuz thats the only way ur gonna be able to afford your repair bill!!!

  • Man you got built up anger or something, does your mother know you talk like that?

A 92 XP is a 2-Stroke, if you were old enough to read you would see im talking about 4-Stroke. Stop reading Wikipedia cause it really shows how little you know.

  • yeah, i know ita a two stroke, asshole. its a 587 twin carb. Wikipedia is the biggest piece of shit websit ive evr seen, and i know youre talking about a four stroke, 1494cc 3 cylinder, 4 valves per cylinder, engine, and not a two stroke, but seadoo makes awesome two and four stroke engines. Dont bag on my knowledge, cuz i know more than you will ever know (like how to use a warranty, for exampe).Try me, mother fucker.from 88 to 09 anything you wanna know...cuz you need some schooling.

  • Fist of all I don't need schooling from a kid who can spell "cuz" correctly, and second, there is something called the internet and I believe you CAN copy and paste just like you did up there with the whole "1494cc 3 cylinder, 4 vaulves per engine" comment. I'm ending this childish discussion about your so called "knowledge"

  • @seadooman7444 hahahaha, nice, i dont like yamahas. dosent can am make brp who is seadoo?

  • Comment removed

  • Comment removed

  • hes right seadoo would replace that if it was brand new wait they probly wouldent even sell you one like that because they test it

  • yes they are great, because they were the first company to ever make a PWC. the second best and becoming better is sea-doo. but sea-doos start at like 10 k and Kawasaki 2009 ultra 260 are only like 8k. way cheaper and there faster

  • that is sweet dude but i need to see it in the water

im thinking about getting an rxp but im not really sure if thats the best choice or i would like to get the gp 1300

  • wow armen you can read the brochure. Nice boat tho

  • i have the 2007 rxt supercharged it has 215 hp its very nice its the same colors only difference is it can hold 3 people

  • If only the RXP didn't have such shity hull construction and faulty supercharger clutch that when it shatters(and yes it WILL happen) it destroys your engine. If you added a race clutch and put the engine in the yamaha gp1300r hull it would be the ultimate ski.

  • Yah the supercharger clutch problem can be fix with diff washers

  • a GPRXP is a good idea, but the GP's are prone to hull cracking, and putting such a powerful engine in that u would be hitting about 80

  • the hull will not crack on a gp you can get the yamaha motor up to mid 90s

  • Because if you put dual exhaust on it you don't have room to put an aftermarket intercooler and if you did make room you don't want the exhaust running under your intercooler baking it.

  • i luv the rxp mate, why dont you put twin rear exhaust on it i seen one with it and it sounds awesome
