When you are doing taht do you have to connect the USB to a PC? or what?

@awsomeepicsauce u have to connect the psp to the usb that connects to a computer then go to usb connection and wait for a moment

@labraism u have to go to system settings and go to usb charge and turn it on, then go to usb connection and wait for a bit for psp to charge
